Jeff Seiters, BRECAP’s Founder and President, possesses twenty years of experience executing investments in the multifamily sector. With aggregate transaction value exceeding $1.6 billion, he has acquired over 130 assets representing approximately 30,000 units in 50+ cities throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Leading the acquisition efforts for Nashville-based Covenant Capital Group, Jeff was integral in growing the firm’s assets under management from $20 million to over $700 million during his tenure. Jeff has extensive experience in fund raising, contract negotiation, opportunity sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, capital markets and asset management. Jeff holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School (UNC - Chapel Hill, NC 2002) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia (Charlottesville, VA 1994).
